Jacques has gained valuable experience by working for some of the biggest design agencies, both locally and abroad. He started Formation Design in 2007 and with Nardo grew the company into the success it is today. His vision is to keep evolving and adapt to the ever changing and exciting industry.
Nardo Bornman is a Jack of all trades, master in many.
He is a successful business man with companies he started under his belt, one of which he is still the owner of - 3ID. He is always running around, checking on and making sure every job runs on time and according to his strict guidelines.
Andre never has work problems, only solutions! Currently in charge of the service team. He likes to get into the physical and mechanical aspects of the job. His engineering background has prepared him for every challenge we throw at him and he handles it with great professionalism and talent.
Friendly and always smiling, but when it comes down to business he gets into the zone! His responsibilities lie in servicing and looking after all of our customers’ assets in KwaZulu Natal. His ambition is to become a professional surfer and is always blaming Andre for the traffic fines he incurred.
Justin is part of the Gauteng service team. His responsibilities lie in servicing and looking after all of our customers’ assets. If you want something done, Justin has already done it last week already! He is a true gentleman and handles every job with the utmost of care.
Wayde is a qualified Industrial Designer and makes use of this skills to get things done, right and without compromise. Wayde’s responsibilities lie in servicing and looking after all of our customers’ assets in the Western Cape. Wayde always also brings great ideas and designs to the table.
Etienne knows how to create beautiful designs. He takes a design from conceptualisation, through 3D modelling, rendering, presentation and ultimately engineering by making use of his vast knowledge of several computer design packages. His passion is design and you can see it in his work.

Nardo Bornman
Alp completed his Industrial Design course in Istanbul, Turkey. He has worked all over the globe but currently resides in Istanbul. Brief Alp on a project and he will blow you away with his conceptual and creative thinking, making use of his amazing hand sketches, 3D modelling as well as photo realistic renderings.
Candidate must have an Industrial Design Diploma. Duties will include conceptual design sketching, modelling up of ideas into 3D, rendering and presentation. Good material and manufacturing knowledge is required with the ability to see a design through from conceptual stage to manufacturing.
New to the team but definitely not to the trade. Megan's arrival has long been anticipated and she will definitely help in streamlining office duties. She does not take no for an answer and will check up on all our homework, every day!
